App "Feiffer Grain"

Loss measurement accurate and simple. This app is used to precisely calculate straw walker, rotor and sieve losses during the combine. It helps you to avoid high losses, to calibrate the electronic loss control and to adjust your combine optimally. You need our "Grain Tablet" or the "Grain Cups" from the store to use this app.

This is how it works: The test pan is used to collect the threshing losses during the threshing process. The number of grains lost is read off a simple counting scale or weighed using a pocket scale. Enter the result into the "Feiffer Grain" app. Based on the specific yield, thousand-seed weight) and combine parameters, an accurate loss value is determined. The result is displayed in %, kg/ha and €/ha.

This app can be used universally for all threshing crops and all combine configurations.

App "Feiffer LMS"

You need the "Feiffer LMS-Profi-Kit" or the "Feiffer LMS-Basis-Kit" (LMS = Loss Measuring System) to use this app.

And this is how it works: Flexible magnetic holders can be used to fix one to three loss pans to the combine, enabling measurement across the entire working width. The Grain Pans are automatically ejected by remote control. The threshing losses are collected. A blower facilitates the separation of the grain losses. The grains are weighed with the aid of a scale. The result is entered into the "Feiffer LMS" app. Based on the specific yield and the combine parameters, an accurate loss value is determined. The result is displayed in %, kg/ha and €/ha.

Combine adjustment made easy - the "Feiffer Combine" app guides you in simple steps to the optimum setting of your combine. And it does so quickly and safely. Because these setting values are field-tested and have been reliably proven by professional drivers.

What's special about this app is that it also adapts the setting to throughput and loss. This means that the combine is always set correctly not only in all harvesting conditions but also in every output range. Losses are limited.
